Premium 30" full-width DTF gang sheets printed in-house on our Mimaki TxF150, a top-of-the-line DTF printer. You get vibrant color, a smooth white underbase and sharp detail, and every sheet is ready to press onto cotton, polyester, blends and more. No setup fees on DTF.

How to order
- Pick your sheet size and tier and add it to your cart.
- Send your print-ready gang sheet file: email it to gary@familyinktshirts.com with your order number, or upload it where available. A PNG at 300 dpi with a transparent background, sized to the 30" sheet, or a PDF works best. Need help laying out your sheet? Just ask.
- We check your file before printing and reach out if anything looks off.
Turnaround: about 5–7 business days. Rush may be available. Local pickup in Meridian, Idaho, or shipping at cost.
Need it fast? Choose Rush (+25%) for priority production.
Pressing (general guide)
Press at about 300–320°F with medium-firm pressure for 10–15 seconds, then peel as directed for the film. A short re-press with a cover sheet improves durability. Settings vary by press and fabric, so always test first. Pressing instructions are included with every order.
